Arjuna asked Krishna to bring the chariot in between the two armies.He wanted to look at the warriors who came to fight hm and who came to fight for him.Sree krishna is always there for his disciples.He would not feel anything to work for them.HERE HE HAS BECOME an aide to Arjuna.So he had to do according to his bidding.That is why he is here called as Achyutha.
Yothsyamaanaanavekshyeham ya yetthethra samaagathaah/
Dhaartha raashtrasya durbuddheryuddhe priyachikeershavah//23//
Arjuna wanted to see those who came to satisfy Duryodhanas cruel nature.Duryodhana took Dhrutharashtras help in Sending Pandavas to the forest and agnathavasam.So people who help them are also naturally wicked people.
Sanjaya uvaacha--Yevamuktho hrusheekeso gudaakesena bhaaratha/
Senayorubhayormadhye sthaapayithvaa radhotthamam//24//
After being asked by Arjuna ,Sree krishna took their chariot and placed it in between both the armies.Gudaakesa means one who has conquered Sleep and sleep of agnaana.
Bheeshma drona pramukhathah sarveshaam cha maheekshithaam/
Uvaacha paardha pasyaithaan samavethaan kuroonithi//25//
Sre krishna directed Arjuna to look at Kouravas and their aides along with Bheeshma and Drona.Arjuna is the son of Kunthee or Prudhaa.That is why he is being called as Paardha.Prudhaa or Kunthee is the sister of Vasudeva ,father of Sree krisshna.So,Krishna does not mind handlig Arjunas chariot in the war.
