యం యం వాఽపి స్మరన్ భావం త్యజ త్యంతే కళేబరమ్। తం తమేవైతి కౌంతేయ సదా తద్భావ భావితాః॥6॥8॥ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత...అక్షర పరబ్రహ్మ యోగము... శ్రీకృష్ణుడు అర్జునుడికి సులభంగా అర్థమయ్యే రీతిలో చెబుతున్నాడు.అర్జునా!ఓ కౌంతేయా!నీకు కూడా తెలుసు కదా!మన ప్రవర్తన అనుసరించే ఫలితం ఉంటుంది అని.మనం మంచి చేస్తే మంచి జరుగుతుంది.అలానే చెడు చేస్తే మనకు చెడు జరుగుతుంది.అంతే కదా మరి!ఇక్కడ కూడా పరిస్థితి అలాగే ఉంటుంది.అర్జునా!అంత్య కాలము,అదే మనిషి చివరి క్షణాలలో ఏ భావంతో మరణిస్తాడో,వాడు ఆ భావానికి తగినట్లుగానే స్థితిని పొందుతాడు.ఉదాహరణకు చెప్పుకుందాము.పోయే సమయంలో కూడా మోహానికి,తామసానికి,క్రూరత్వానికీ బానిస అయినవాడు నేను స్వర్గానికే పోవాలి అని హఠం చేస్తే కుదురుతుందా?ఎవరు రానిస్తారు?అసలు ఏ అర్హత ఉందని రానిస్తారు?అదే భగవంతుని నామస్మరణలో మునిగి పోయి,ఆఖరి శ్వాస వదిలితే కైవల్యానికి చేరుకుంటాడు కానీ. Sri Krishna is explaining Arjuna in simple manner.Arjuna!hey Kountheya!I hope I need not tell you again.You too know pretty well that one reaps what he sows.The way we behave determines the outcome.If one is good ,he will have good life.If we are bad our end will also be bad.Kountheya!I am telling you once and again.During the last phase of ones life,if one is devoted to God and prays Him,he would achieve appropriate afterlife or salvation.If one is unable to come out of ones greed,cruelty and lust even at the time of his last breath,how can he hope to have good afterlife?He would recieve results befitting his actions.There is no compromise in any way.

అంత కాలే చ…Antha kaale cha

అంతకాలే చ మామేవ స్మరన్ ముక్త్వా కళేబరమ్। యః ప్రయాతి స మద్భావం యాతి నాస్త్యత్ర సంశయః॥5॥8॥ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత....అక్షర పరబ్రహ్మ యోగము... శ్రీకృష్ణుడు అర్జునుడికి చెబుతున్నాడు ఎలా ఉంటే మానవుడు తనను పొందవచ్చో అని.అర్జునా!ఓ పాండవ మధ్యమా!భక్తుడు అనే వాడు ఎలా ఉండాలో చెబుతాను విను.మనసా,వాచా,కర్మణా నన్నే నమ్ముకోవాలి.పొద్దునా?మధ్యహ్నమా?రాత్రా?లేక పోతే సంవత్సరమా?పది ఏళ్ళా?అని కాదు.జీవితకాలం మొత్తమూ నా ధ్యాసలోనే ఉండాలి.ఆఖరుకి మరణ సమయంలో కూడా నన్నే ధ్యానిస్తూ ఊపిరి వదలాలి.అలాంటి వాడు మోక్షానికి యోగ్యుడు.అతనే నన్ను ఖచ్చితంగా పొందుతాడు. Sri Krishna is telling Arjuna as who is dear to Him and who can have access to Him.Arjuna!hey Paandava madhyamaa!A devotee should always think about Me in whatever state he is in.His thoughts should revolve around Me.His acts should be for Me.He should talk about Me only.It is not just for a day,a month,a year or a decade.He should give his entire life for Me.Even when he is taking his last breath,he should pray Me.Then definitely he can reach me and obtain Moksha or Salvation.

అధిభూతం క్షరో…Adhibhootham ksharo

అధిభూతం క్షరో భావః పురుషశ్చాధి దైవతమ్। అధియజ్ఞోఽహమేవాత్ర దేహే దేహభృతాం వర॥4॥8॥ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత...అక్షర పర బ్రహ్మ యోగము... శ్రీకృష్ణుడు అర్జునుడికి తను వాడిన ప్రతి పదమూ వివరంగా చెబుతున్నాడు.అర్జునా!ఓ పార్థా!ఇప్పుడు నేను నీకు బ్రహ్మము,అధ్యాత్మం,కర్మము గురించి చెప్పాను కదా!ఇంక ఇప్పుడు అధిభూతము,అధిదైవతము,అధియజ్ఞుడు గురించి చెబుతాను.నాశనము అయ్యే పదార్థమును అధిభూతము అని అంటారు. పురుషుడు అంటే చైతన్యము.పురుషుడు అంటే ఆత్మ...శరీరం అనే పురములో ఉండే చైతన్యము లేక ఆత్మ కాబట్టి పురుషుడు అధిదైవతము.ఇంక అధియజ్ఞుడు గురించి మాట్లాడుకుందాము.యావత్ సృష్టిలో ఉండే ప్రతి జీవి దేహములో అంతర్యమిగా ఉంటాను నేను.కాబట్టి నేనే ఆ అధియజ్ఞుడిని. Sri Krishna is explaining the terms he was using to pacify Arjuna.Arjuna!hey Paardhaa!just now I told you about Brahmamu,Adhyaathmam and Karmamu.Now,I will explain to you about Adhibhootham,Adhidaivatham and Adhiyajnudu.Perishable things are named Adhibhootham.Purushudu means chaithanyamu and Aathma.Chaithanyamu means consciousness,awareness and intelligence.Athma means soul.So,Purushudu is Adhidaivatham.Another meaning is that soul lies in the puram or house of the body,hence named Purushudu.Arjuna!I am residing in every living being as Antharyaami.Antharyaami means indwelling supreme soul.So,I am Adhiyajnudu.

అక్షరం బ్రహ్మ పరమం…Aksharam Brahma paramam

శ్రీ భగవానువాచ... అక్షరం బ్రహ్మ పరమం స్వభావోఽధ్యాత్మ ముచ్యతే। భూతభావోద్భవకరో విసర్గః కర్మ సంజ్ఞితః॥3॥8॥ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత...అక్షర పరబ్రహ్మ యోగము.. శ్రీ కృష్ణుడు అర్జునుడి భయాలు,అనుమానాలూ పోగొట్టేదానికి నడుము బిగించాడు.చిద్విలాసంగా,చిరునవ్వుతో సమాథానం చెబుతున్నాడు.అర్జునా!ఓ బావా!నేను చెప్పేదాంట్లో అర్థం కానిదానికీ,భయపడేదానికీ ఏమీ లేదు.నీకు చిన్నగా వివరిస్తాను,విను.బ్రహ్మము అంటే భయపడేదానికి ఏమీ లేదు.నాశనము లేనిది,అన్నిటికంటే ఉత్కృష్టము అయినది అని అర్థము.అధ్యాత్మం అంటే ఏందో అని తల పట్టుకుని కూర్చున్నావా?ప్రకృతి సంబంధమయిన స్వభావాలనే అధ్యాత్మము అని అంటారు.సృష్టి మొదట్లో పంచభూతాలు ఏర్పడ్డాయి కదా!అలానే సమస్త జీవ సృష్టి కూడా జరిగింది కదా!ఈ భూతోత్పత్తికి అయిన ఘటనమే కర్మము అని అంటాము.అంతకంటే ఇంకేమీ లేదు.సరేనా? Sri Bhagavaanuvaacha... Aksharam brahmaparamam swabhaavoadhyaathma muchyathe/ Bhoothabhaavodbhavakaro visargah karma samjnithah//3//8// Sri madbhagavadgeetha..Akshara parabrahma yogamu... Sri Krishna listened to Arjunas confusion reagarding His teachings.With pleasant smile on his face,he started replying.Arjuna!hey Kireeti!there is nothing to be stressed out.You need neither be confused nor frightened about the particular words I am using.I am ready to explain them to you in a simpler fashion.Brahmamu is the One which is the best in all fashions and which can not be destroyed.Adhyaathmam means natural instincts and reactions intertwined in human relations.You know the creation of five elements...air,water,sky,fire and earth.And there is this progeny or creation of entire living beings.This is called Bhoothothpaththi.This is called as Karmamu.

కిం తద్బ్రహ్మ…Kim thadbrahma

అర్జున ఉవాచ... కిం తద్బ్రహ్మ కి మధ్యాత్మం కిం కర్మ పురుషోత్తమ। అధిభూతం చ కిం ప్రోక్త మధిదైవం కిముచ్యతే॥1॥8॥ అధియజ్ఞః కథం కోఽత్ర దేహేఽస్మిన్ మధుసూదన। ప్రయాణకాలే చ కథం జ్ఞేయోఽసి నియతాత్మభిః॥2॥8॥ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత...అక్షర పరబ్రహ్మ యోగము... అర్జునుడికి తల గిర్రున తిరిగిపోతుంది.ఎందుకంటారా?ఎందుకేమిటి?ఎరక్క క్రిష్ణుడిని సలహా అడిహాడు.తత్తర బిత్తరగా ఉంది.ఏమి చేయమంటావు,అని.అడిగిన పాపానికి శ్రీకృష్ణుడు నీ అనుమానాలు అన్నీ తీరుస్తానని చెప్పి,కొత్త కొత్త అనుమానాలూ,భయాలూ,శంసలూ,శంకలూ తీసుకొస్తున్నాడు.ఇంక ఇది అయ్యే విషయం కాదని అర్జునుడు ధైర్యం చేసుకుని అడుగుతున్నాడు.క్రిష్ణా!హే పురుషోత్తమా!హే మధుసూదనా!క్రొత్త క్రొత్త పదాలు అన్నీ వాడేస్తున్నావు.ఒక్క ముక్క అర్థం అయితే ఒట్టు!ఈ బ్రహ్మము ఏంది?అధ్యాత్మము అంటే ఏంది?ఈ కర్మలు,అధిభూతము...వీటి సంగతి ఏంటి?అధి దైవము ఏంది?ఈ దేహంలో అధియజ్ఞుడు ఉన్నాడంటావు?వాడు ఎవడు?ఎక్కడి నుంచి వచ్చాడు?మనలో ఎందుకు ఉంటాడు?అసలు మనలో ఏ విధంగా ఉంటాడు?మరణ సమయంలో యోగులు నిన్ను తెలుసుకుంటున్నారు అని చెప్పావుగా!ఎలా? Arjuna uvaacha... Arjuna is utterly confused.He came to Sri Krishna to help him come out of the confused state of mind he was going through.But what did Sri Krishna do?He confused him still more using so many new words,procedures and exhaustive explanations.Arjuna wants to come out of this confusion.So,he took a long breath and started asking questions. Krishna!hey Purushoththama!hey Madhusoodana!I am unable to follow you.You are telling about so many new things,of which I do not have any prior knowledge.I want you to explain to me everything in detail.For example,what is Brahmam?What is Adhyaathmam?You started talking about Karma,Adhibhoitham Adhidaivam.What about them?You are saying that Adhiyajnudu is within us.Who is he?Why is he within us?What does he do there?You also said that yogi realises and acknowledges your presence at the time of his death?How?I am unable to understand all these.Please,explain.

సాధిభూతాధి దైవం…Saadhibhoothaadhi daivam

సాధిభూతాధి దైవం మాం సాధియజ్ఞం చ యే విదుః। ప్రయాణకాలే పి చ మాం తే విదు ర్యుక్త చేతసః॥30॥7॥ ఓం తత్సదితి శ్రీ మద్భగవద్గీతాసు ఉపనిషత్సు బ్రహ్మ విద్యాయాం యోగశాస్త్రే శ్రీ కృష్ణార్జున సంవాదే విజ్ఞాన యోగో నామ సప్తమోఽధ్యాయః... శ్రీకృష్ణుడు అర్జునుడికి అధ్యాయం చివరలో మూడు ముక్కలతో ముక్తాయింపు చెబుతున్నాడు.అర్జునా!ఓ బావా!ఇదంతా ఎందుకు?ముచ్చటగా మూడు ముక్కల్లో చెప్పేస్తాను.నేను అధిభూత,అధిదైవ,అధియజ్ఞములతో కూడిన వాడిని కదా!ఇలా క్షుణ్ణంగా ఎవరు తెలుసుకుంటారో,వాళ్ళు మాత్రమే మరణకాలంలో కూడా మరచిపోకుండా నన్ను గుర్తిస్తారు. కంటికి కనిపించే భౌతిక సృష్టి మొత్తమూ,ఆ సృష్టి వనుక ఉండే దైవికమయిన శక్తి,సృష్టిలోని ప్రతి జీవకోటి హృదయాంతరాళలో నిమిడి ఉన్న అంతర్యామినీ నేనే! Saadhi bhoothaadhidaivam maam saadhiyajnam cha ye viduh/ Prayaanakaale pi cha maam the viduryuktha chethasah//30//7// Om thathsadithi Sree madbhagavadgeethaasu Upanishathsu brahma vidyaayaam yoga saasthre Sree Krishnaarjuna samvaade vijnaanayogonaama sapthamoadhyaayah... Sri krishna is telling Arjuna the gist of this entire chapter in three words.Arjuna!hey brother!I am comprising of Adhibhootha,Adhidaiva and Adhiyajna.A devotee who learns this fact,definitely would not forget about Me even in his last stage of life,ie death.I will explain to you.Entire physical world you see is nothing but Me.I am the One behind creation of this world.Do you know that I reside in each and every living being on the face of this earth as Antharathma or Conciousness or Antharyaami?Jnaani realises this.

జరామరణ మోక్షాయ…..Jaraamarana mokshaaya

జరామరణ మోక్షాయ మా మాశ్రిత్య యతంతి యే। తే బ్రహ్మ తద్విదుః కృత్స్న మధ్యాత్మం కర్మచాఖిలమ్॥29॥7॥ శ్రీమద్భగవద్గీత...విజ్ఞాన యోగము... శ్రీకృష్ణుడు అర్జునుడికి పరబ్రహ్మను తెలుసుకోవాలంటే ఏమి చేయాలి?ఎలా ఉండాలి?చెబుతున్నాడు.అర్జునా!ఓ పాండుపుత్రా!కర్మ తత్త్వాన్నీ,పరబ్రహ్మనీ తెలుసుకోవడం అంటే ఆషామాషీ వ్యవహారం కానేకాదు.ఎందుకంటావా?చెబుతాను,విను.మనిషిని భయపెట్టేవి,బాథ పెట్టేవి రెండే రెండు.అవే ముసలితనము,మరణము.వాటినే జరామరణములు అని అంటారు.ఎవడైతే ఆ జరామరణాల నుంచి ముక్తికి నా శరణు జొచ్చి,నా ఆశ్రయం పొంది,సాధన చేస్తాడో...వాడు మట్టుకే కర్మతత్త్వాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకోగలుగుతాడు.ఇంకొంచెం ముందరికి పోయి పరబ్రహ్మనూ తెలుసుకోగలతాడు. Sri Krishna is telling Arjuna about who can understand karma thaththva and realise the presence of Almighty.Karma thaththva is nothing but the truth and action which leads to cause and effect.Simply said,you reap what you sow.If you do good you get the best in the end and if you are bad you get the worst.There is no conpromise anywhere. Arjuna!hey Paanduputhra!two things that man is afraid of are old age and death.Person,who seeks my help to come out of those and does methodical practice of self discipline and ego transcending...would be relieved of those fears.If he is successful in reaching these goals,he would definitely understand and realise the presence of Almighty.
