Sthitha pragnudante laabhanashtaalaku chalinchakundaa ,sthirathvamtho annitini samangaa choodagalige vaadu.Athanilo chapalathvam vundadu.Annitinee samangaa choodagalige manoparipakvatha alavaduthundi.

Arjunidilo chalanam kanipisthundi.Krishnudi maatalatho oka chinna ala laaga,oka chinna kala laaga ,yekkado yedo chiru sandadi kaliginatlundi.Andukane noru vippaadu.Krishnudini adagatam modalu pettaadu.Samaadhi sthithi cherukunna vaadini yelaa gurthinchatam?Vaadi lakshnaaalu yetluntaayi?Vaadu yelaa maatlaaduthaadu,ye bhaasha maatlaaduthaadu?Yetlaa koorchuntaadu ,yelaa nadusthaadu/ ani aduguthunnaadu.

We can observe a slight turbulance.an interest  in Arjunas attitude.He started to question Krishna as to how does a person of static attitude behave.How does he look?How does he talk?In what language does he speak?What are his traits?How does he sit/ How does he walk?
Here we can see a childs attitude in Arjuna.He like a good student who is hearing the lesson with concentration.He wants to know and learn about the facts earlier than other students in the class.So he is raining questions to Krishna.He is eager to learn more.He is interested in learning what his teacher is trying to tell him.He wants to be the best disciple and first disciple to follow his mentors path.

Life when is not visible in its earliest stages.In the middle,it is visible.At the end after death,we are unable to see it with our eyes.So this cycle goes on.Knowing all this,why are you feeling sorry for it?Krishna is questioning Arjuna as to his state of depression because of this inevitable cycle of revolution.

Every one in this universe who is born has to face death.It is inevitable.No one can expect to overcome it or escape it.Again after death,he has take birth again in one form or other.When you know that you cant change this eternal circle of life and death,it is meaningless to get affected and fail to discharge our rightful duties.We should not  worry about such facts and accept life as it comes and abide by our rules and regulations.

Krishna was slowly trying to impress Arjuna as to the facts about aathma and its traits.This aathma can never perish with any kind of weapon.It is invincible,No fire can burn it.Water can not make it wet.Wind can never dry it.It is beyond all these petty things.Because it is eternal and above all materialistic traits.

Krishna is patiently explaining the facts about the soul or the aathma to Arjuna.We feel so natural and normal when we are changing our old and torn clothes for new ones.We dont feel that it is a strange gesture  or behaviour.Similarly Aathma searches for a new ,fit and efficient body once the body in which it is existing becomes old and useless.So we have to accept this fact also as casually as we take when we are changing our dress for newer ones.

Who ever thinks that the soul or aathma can kill some one be killed by some are not gnaanis ie people having knowledge.The sole reason for it is that aathma neither dies or brings death to others.Because it is eternal,how can it perish .Being non perishable how can it effect others to perish?

Krishna is eager to make Arjuna understand the matter efficiently and effectively.The eternal soul can never be extinguished or destroyed.No one on this earth is capable of making Aathma perish.First Arjuna should understand this aspect of aathma That it it imperishable.

Krishna is letting Arjuna know that he is a great person in his eyes.So that knowledge might bring moral boost to Arjuna and he would strive hard to reach up to his expectations.Ordinary mortals might get affected by normal feelings of sukha and duhkha.But great souls like Arjuna should definitely come out of this rut and  be unaffected by normal emotions of sukha and duhkha.Such person who accepts both happiness and difficulties of life in a detached manner is only eligible to attain moksha.

Krishna is telling Arjuna that we should maintain equilibrium.So many things will be coming and going.We should get affected by them.We should not be disturbed when they pass through our lives.The way happiness and dejection come to our lives,so do different seasons like Summer and winter. In summer our body gets heated up due heavy summer and we sweat.In winter we shudder due to severe cold and rains.We take these seasons in our stride,and we accept those seasons as they come and go.Then why do we fret when problems arise in our lives and go overboard when happiness kisses us?All these emotions are temporary,they come and go and life goes on.We should not be affected by them.Thaamaraaku meeda neeti bottu  chandam lo vundaali.We should be there but we should not be emotionally involved.Krishna is advising that man should learn to accept these emotions in an impartial manner.

Krishna is telling Arjuna in detail.The way our body undergoes marked changes during our life time,it takes up another body even after death.So we need not unnecessarily fret over death.Doring our birth,we are so tiny.We grow Up in our child hood,our behaviour at that tome differs from what we are during our youth.Our body is young,energitic and full of vigour.Then comes old age.We shrivel in size,height and weight.Diseases usurp our resistance.In our our child hood we dont walk,we always run.In our old age also we dont walk ,but we creep.We lose our stamina,vigour,health and what not.Similarly,after death we enter into another body.That is the eternal circle.So shrewd and and intelligent people do not waste their time in lamenting over death.It doesnt become of them to lament so.

Ee padyam lo Krishnudiki anthaa midhya ani thelchi chebuthunnaadu.Manamu nithyamu.Inthaku munupu vunnaamu,varthamaanam lo vunnaamu.Inka bhavishyaththu lo koodaa konasaaguthaamu.Alaantidi manamandaramu nithyam ayinappudu,inka sokam deni gorinchi.Aathma sthiram,adi mantalo mandadu,neellalo naanadu.Adi anantham ,saaswatham.Ee sareeraalu kshanikaalu.Manam aathma gurinchi alochinchaali.Adi nithyamu,sathyamu annappudu,manaku ee moham deniki?


Sree krishna is consoling Arjuna in a phylosophical way.He is saying that they were are all there in the past,in the present AND also will be there in future.Their existance in the form of Athma is everlasting and eternal.Then why does Arjuna feel so emotional and depressed?Athma is not affected by anything.Fire can notkill it,Water can not make it wet.These external bodies are just like clothes to that eternal aathma.So think of Athma but not of these perishable bodies.Dont get agitated by this frivolous body.

Sree krishna was chiding Arjuna that he was unnecessarily wasting his valuable time in thinking about matters that do not deserve any attention.He was unnecessarily unhappy.Arjuna all along was talking like a well versed person,but going astray ,being sorry for the living and the dead.Great people do not worry about life or life after death.They are non commital.It is better for Arjuna if he too goes in that path.

Here Krishna is addressed  as Hrusheekesaa,because he is considered master of all senses.Dhrutharasthra is addressed as Bharatha,meaning person belonging to bharatha vamsa.Krishna stood in a smiling and relaxed mood .He was about to drive away the problems and difficulties of His near and dear friend,brother in law,Arjuna.He is confident and condescending like a master and Arjuna is as eager as a student,disciple of Krishna.There ,at that moment,their relationship was that of a master and student than of friendship and blood relation.

Sanjaya was explaining to Dhrutharashtra what all was happening in the battle field with minute details.Arjuna wa telling Krishna,Lord of all the senses and who delights the senses, That he would not involve himself in the activities of war.Actually Arjuna is a ferocious person who can make this world free of his enemies,but now his mental ability is devoid of that intention.He is well versed in all the things that bring knowledge to a person,but now he is weakling who does not know what to do.Earlier he was confused as what to do,but now he is fixed that he would not do anything like war at this stage.He simply told that he would not involve in the war and sat silently.

Arjuna is dwindling and is unable to come out of this morose mood.He is so dull and weak due to this depression.He is of the opinion that even if he acquires A kingdom that is just like  indralokam,where there would be ample aminities,no foes,he would not be content and happy to the core.

This shows that he is striving to come out of this depressing mood but is unable to do so .He wants someones help to become normal.He is silently pleading for it.

At last,Arjuna has realised that it was beyond his capacity to to come to a conclusion as to his next plan of action.So he is pleading with his friend,mentor,relative and guru to Clear him of his doubts and show him the righteous path which is best for him.He is restless due to weakness of his mental capacity.He is requesting Krishna to preach him the right path.///////////

Arjunas mind is dwindling.He is unable to ascertain what is best for him.He feels he would be at a loss whether he wins or loses in the war.His mind is oscillating between two factors --to win over them or let them win over Pandavas.He feels living after killing Dhrutharaashtras sons is meaningless.But still they were all before him ready to kill or be killed by Pandavas.//////////////////

No body lives by principles set out by older generations.If elders in the dynasty die,its importance,its rules and regulations are not passed on to younger generations.They lose track of spiritual and philosophical bent of mind.They may lose morals as there would be none to guide them properly in a right track.
